The Real Site Support Team


Last week I made a post about our new customer support team. With the post I included a pick of a crowded call center in China.

genuine_jim as well as affeditor and others pointed out this was bad form on my part.

Well, here's what our support team really looks like. At least this is what it looks like early on a Thursday morning from my crappy camera phone. Hey look, there's Jimmy and Charlie with the thumbs up, there's Leo on the phone in the back.

We have two shifts for site support, and they have about 10 employees. Not all 10 are crammed into this space.

Our oversees offices are similar, and I'm not sure what Charlie and Leo are eating, but I imagine the overseas offices smell a bit better too.

 HOW can I avoid being logged off the site while I am surfing the site???? I upgraded to Gold, and I think this should be done away with. I click the do not log me off button at sign on, and yet I am invariably logged off, sometimes after 5 mins, sometimes after 45, but invariably logged off. UGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Yes.I could not find the right place to post this....I'm being harassed by a man handle is....Niceguyy52 in the carolina room .could you please ban this guy?He is saying horrible things,cant seem to catch him in the room so many have him iggied..wanted to screen shoot his replys in the room.

 looking good guys, but why can't anyone fix my inability to put up bling as background in my group despite my reporting this problem weeks back ? NO FOLLOW UP GUYS!!

HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!! WHY CAN'T I GET BLING AS A BACKGROUND IN MY GROUP ?!?!?!?!?!?!?! [ group 139969]

This is currently on the back burner as this function is causing an instability in the groups. As soon as they can figure a way to have it all working properly, they'll let us know.

 Why is it when I signed up and paid for 18 months subscription, I now find I have only 12 Months with the option of getting the other 6 months with activity bonuses. Doesn't seem fair why wasn't I told this at the start divad2805

 Guys,

I am in HK using the HK site. Despite my profile being set to English i typically only get the site displayed in Chinese - how do i get the site to display in English ? Occasionally the site "flips" into English when i'm using it but it's not consistent. Hope you can help.
