Comments Not Appearing on Blogs/Groups

SSS I myself on other incidents have been sent the 'exact same identical' reply no less than 14 times. They are not personalized, they are not sent with any notice to making it seem as if a real person even read the complaint. I actually did count and document it because I seriously thought it showed a total lack of concern from the site. I would reply to this form message and say "can you please write something to let me know you actually ARE reading this instead of just a form email? I am concerned." I got the same copy/paste form reply back 2 times for that.

Yes, allow me to clarify. Several members, not one member alone, appeared to have received inconsistent information revolving this problem when contacting our customer service department. The confusion was not any one member's fault, and solely on our part.

The email sent out by our agent about Standard member limitations was a response to an issue Standard members have when trying to do Premium level activities, like view profiles, videos, or send email to other members. At the time, the agent thought the member was having one of those issues (i.e. "Why can't I email Premium members?"), but wasn't aware of this bug specifically affecting groups/blogs. The agent has been spoken to, engineers have pushed out a fix, and all users should start seeing posts showing up properly again throughout the day. The Community section of LesbianPersonals has always been open to Standard members and will always continue to remain that way. Apologies again, everyone, for the disturbance this has caused the blogosphere. We appreciate how patient you guys have been, and thank you for sticking with us! Thank you for being so patient when tempers were flaring around here. We all appreciate your information that you are giving us. I was one of the folks who received the "miscommunication" and boilerplate emails. My concern stemmed from the fact that my question to CS was very plainly stated. "It seems no comments from standard members are appearing on the blogs. Please fix this." I'm not sure how that could have been misunderstood by the CS person who responded to me with the "thanks for your query about the new standard member limitations" email. I suspect the issue is deeper than just one person at CS, and so I would suggest re-training all of those that work in that department. Thank you. 2022... it HAS be better, right?!

The revolt is only on hold, not cancelled, until the thing is fixed, two weeks was the original estimate, hell, I could give birth to triplets in that time.

Aryana, I have two other issues that I think need to be seriously and honestly addressed by LesbianPersonals. When I login to LesbianPersonals a splash screen for another one of your cheap, sleazy affiliate websites pops up first and covers my login screen/page to LesbianPersonals. I thought you told us that the affiliates and franchise issues had been addressed and that we were no longer on their data bases. 2nd Issue: I have more than enough points every day to view profiles, write emails, etc. I'm sick and tired of getting the upgrade page and not being able to see the profiles. For God's sake, fix the damn program once and for all! Never ignore those who care for you you will have lost diamonds while you were collecting stones

Hi LadyLuck, Do you remember which site you saw a splash screen for? You would only see that screen if you aren't apart of that database. And while we shut down several cobrands, we did not implement a feature to allow users to remove themselves entirely from affiliate sites without removing themselves from LesbianPersonals's database. Regarding your second issue, until you spend your accumulated points to do those things, the behavior would be the same as other standard members. If you use your points to redeem a Silver membership, you won't hit the upgrade form any longer. Other than upgrading to Silver or Gold, there is no way to get around seeing an upgrade form. I'm talking about the points accrued from the profile views I receive. They are more than enough for me to view profiles. I've been able to view profiles for the past 8 years without a single problem so this to me looks like just another ploy to take money without giving any service. Never ignore those who care for you you will have lost diamonds while you were collecting stones

Why are there so many "bugs" that take so long to fix? For instance, the Activities bug supposedly being worked on for a month now. Any business, and you are that, should have thoroughly tested any "improvements" before release and have the ability to immediately roll back to the previous working version once a "bug" is verified. And please reinstate the "Service Status" button on the home page, and so save all this agro. Oh, and keep it up-to-date.

Hi maybe you can help us, in this new release we never could find the site support option where we could report any eventual issues like before in the old release. But now we have a really strange situation, for over 15 days we are trying to post a note on the option What's happening and during 2/3 days it appears as pending and after everything disappear and we only can show a empty box without any comment. We are trying to fix for more than 2 weeks a note that we will be in Lisboa after the 23rd, we are already on 18 and we couldn't fix that information yet. What's wrong? Thanks a lot

You're whole site is ROYALLY FUCKED UP! >>!...AGAIN! I can't post on blogs...Site will not load on my iPhone....Message center will not work and won't attach pics that ARE in proper format!!! WTF!! Why doesn't some TECH person test this shit out before launching it? All you do is frustrate the masses! You seriously should give everyone 1-6 months free for all the crap you put the paying members through!

i have stopped blogging ,, stopped commenting ,, even turn my profile off because of the issues i posted about blog comments not being shown when someone deletes or turns off their profile ,, hence you wont be about to see this until or if i turn it back on i know its darn frustrating ,, but as your not supporting what members want then what is the point ??  scarlet is at the end of your rainbow

I think you all have a short memory--remember the fuckaslut complaints? Why would we ever want our profiles and data on any other sites than the ones we have signed up for? Again, I don't want to see splash screens that interfere with my ability to login to LesbianPersonals. Xhookups is STILL popping up. AND I read on a blog yesterday there's a new affiliate site that is called fuckbookhookups that has our profiles on it. Do you not appreciate or like your female customers? Hi, we were chocked today when we realized that our blog is just accessible to the 1st page. Before on left side we had a page counter and we could select the page we want to watch. In beginning we thought it could be a bug from the system, but after we realized that the other blogs are working well, they have the page counter on left and we always can go through the page we need. But not (now) in our blog. So, what's wrong? How can we solve the problem? Thanks a lot for any kind of help you can give to us!

. Anyone seen Aryana recently?  Site credibility is now at an all time low. There was even a poll taken,to find a resolution. I'm seeing too many comments from members about having hacked/altered membership accounts. Extremely long update &or posting times,the list of issues with the site is now endless!Read through the recent question threads! Seems nothing is getting better,only worse. Comments Not Appearing on Blogs/Groups Update 11/5/2012 5:42 DST: The bug # for this issue is CD-10137. Update 11/6/2012 11:31 DST: This issue has now been resolved. Sorry we don't think so. Once again, today we were answering a few comments we got in our blog and the same as the last days, we write and write and write, and the day after nothing, still without what we wrote. It's not only annoying, but the main problem is the people kindly wrote in our blog, and they could feel that we are rude members, and we didn't care with what they wrote and this is absolutely disgusting for us. Can you please check what's happen with this problem and why we cannot answer to the comments we got. Thanks a lot
