 I feel your frustration, it just makes no sense to me as well. If they are not interested they should just say so. we are all adults here. Hope you are doing well otherwise, I am still interested in meeting you both sometime soon.

 I think some people are wanting to do the things they talk about, but they may misrepresent who they are and then don't feel they can follow through. They may WANT to do what they promise but then feel it is against their moral or ethical standards when it comes down to following through. Just an idea.
