What's The Best Way To Get A Response?

Its obvious that males out number females here so I assume females get tons of hits but what is the best way to stand out and get a response? So many never reply. Does that mean they are not interested or just too busy to keep up? Tell me what works for you?

 There was a post about this just the other day... My take is below...

Messages: Women potentially receive hundreds of messages in a day and can't possibly read more than the first few sentences. If you haven't sold them in the first few then chances are you won't sell them at all. Be creative from the start.

I've found the best way to let your personality and attractiveness be seen and heard is in the chat rooms, blogs and groups. Yes they can be plagued with drama and cliques but they have worked for me.
