Father's Day

Father's Day brings back memories of a gathering the members of our group organised on 20 June 2009. It was a BBQ gathering at Port Dickson but we shifted the venue to Malacca. It was attended by only founder members, no new ones came.

The next day, 21/6, we went to one of our member's durian orchard in Johore. We had a feast of special grade durians. We even ate fruits we saw dropped from the trees. Later, we bought some fruits and tau pau in tupper wares to take home.

On our way home, the of one of the member present called and asked him to come home early, for, the whole family will be celebrating Father's Day at a restaurant. The catch was, "daddy will have to settle the bill". We all had a good .

Its a year now. How fast time flies, for it waits for no man.

Anyway, Happy Father's Day to all those who are fathers, including yours truly here.
