 Personally, I think they need to add more bandwidth. With so many users it get's bogged down and doesn't work properly.

 I can't tell if the messenger service sux or not. Most times I send messages, I never hear back. Is that the service..or people just choosing not to respond? I do carry on lengthy exchanges with some people and it seems responsive, accurate and doesn't drop any messages. So bottom line..........for me I don't think it's the messenger service. I think it's people.

 gezus you people why waste space wondering why the im sucks ..its annoying to hear this every day..I had 4 chats on going on the im and it works fine so get over the complaining and get on with something else ..
