We know this subject is beat to death, but why don't people know how to reject/decline people? We simply say "Thanks for contacting us, but we are going to pass on meeting. Thanks for your understanding and good luck with your future adventures". We feel that's SO MUCH better than ignorant silence!! What do you think on this subject? How do you decline people?
