Research shows that adults who have sex in the morning not only feel more upbeat for the rest of the day, but also benefit from a stronger immune system.
An American research scientist and sex columnist, Dr Debby Herbenick, said adults who start their day making love are healthier and happier than those who opt for a cup of tea and some toast before heading out the door.
It make them less likely to catch the flu, it can also improve their hair, skin and nails.
Having sex in the morning also releases the feel-good chemical oxytocin that makes couples feel closer all day long. 
Has anyone been having sex in the morning? I have not 'cause I'm the late to bed and late to wake up type.

An 18 year old girl accompanied her father on a raid and found her mother in a compromising position with another man.
Her heartbroken father said only God would know how he felt when he saw his wife with another man during the raid.
As for me, I will quickly leave the scene because of the embarrassment and the rage in me will make me do something I may regret the rest of my life.

After being by her brother on her mother's orders, a 12 year-old girl was given over to a loan shark to settle her mother's debts.
Since the incident 14 years ago, the victim, Lili, has turned to to support herself for the past 8 years.
She blamed her mother for the situation she is in now. She will never forgive her.
She said her ordeal began after she went back to stay with her family after living with an aunt for nine years. She told her aunt what her mother and brother had done and made a police report.
She added her family was in disarray because her mother had also "sold" four other sisters of her 10 siblings.
Lili was taken in by the Welfare Department after her mother and brother were arrested.
Just wonder if any mothers out there will do such a thing to their siblings. A mother will always protect her siblings and give them the best she can afford.

Watching porn movies can help cure premature ejaculation (PE), experts said.
A man who was diagnosed with prostatitis went to seek treatment at a hospital in Guizhou, China, and was asked to watch porn movies.
A urologist said the hospital might want the patient to masturbate while watching the movies, in order for him to discharge "unhealthy sperm".
A doctor from a man's health clinic said watching porn movies could help as patients learn skills to improve their sex lives.
Another sex expert said the method could stimulate the production of male hormones.
All the above have not been clinically proven. Wonder if it will ever help those with PE???

A word of advice for men who want a healthy sex life - eat more almonds. A study showed that almonds have a high quality of a type of amino acid called arginine, which helps to relax blood vessels and improve blood circulation.
However, if almond was not a person's cup of tea, other food items that are high in arginine were beans, salmon and wheat.
To have a healthy sex life, men should reduce the size of their belly. Men should do more exercises to strengthen their lower abdomen and cut down on the level of cholesterol in their blood.

It has been more than two and a half months since I last wrote.
Have been busy with work, went overseas twice and out-station umpteen times. Times when I was home, I had out-station relatives staying-in. I don't like people peeping over my shoulder to see what I was doing, especially when I was on this website..... with members posting their most intimate pictures. I want to be discreet. That is why, till this day I have not posted a picture of myself nor have I written anything about my encounters with members of this website. Sorry about that. Incidentally, I have been a member of this website for more than 2 years.
Another thing is that the enthusiasm to come into this website has gone wane. It may be due to tiredness from work and most free times were spend resting. 
Hope with this post, more will be forth-coming soon.

Eyebrows are seldom raised when couples live together before marriage in western countries but its a very different scenario in Malaysia.
However, despite unfriendly glares and crude remarks, many couples are opting to live together before marriage for a variety of reasons. Living together out of wedlock is not a bed of roses.
There are several key factors which drive them to choose this lifestyle, most of which resolve around convenience, money and the uncertainty of marriage
Young couples are eager to know whether their compatibility includes all aspects - physical, emotional, psychological, financial and spiritual. It gives the couple an opportunity to see each other in a more realistic light.
However, the significant disadvantages of living together are often overlooked.
When you live with someone, you give a lot of yourself to the union. If it does not work out, the repercussions are similar to a divorce. The only difference is that you don't have the support of the law behind you. The situation is far worse for the woman than for the man.
I'm seeing this in-thing happening to my nephews and nieces.
During my recent holiday trip to Singapore (topic below), one of my niece slept with her boyfriend in the double bed beside mine in Capella Hotel. The other niece (who was the host) rented another room in a different wing to have privacy with her boyfriend.
A nephew had to pay RM in the thousands to break off with his live-in girlfriend.
3 siblings of a family I know, cohabit. The eldest, a tomboy , has a live-in girlfriend. She had umteen live-in girlfriends before. The elder married his live-in girlfriend after more than 2 years. The second is now living with his 3rd or 4th live-in girlfriend.
Times have changed. Cohabit was taboo in our parent's time. Today's parents have to change their outlook in life for their 's sake.
Sure, we've all got to move with the times. If you can't keep up, you're going to have to ship out. If you don't constantly re-invent yourself, you'll end up being a dinosaur.

Many people are shy to talk about it, but a good sex life is an important part of an individual's overall health.
Sex can be a wonderful cementer or a terrible wedge for a relationship.
Keeping the sexual spark alive in a marriage or in a long-tern relationship is easier said than done. However, couples who take time to cultivate and maintain healthy and satisfying sexual relations tend to be more connected with each other and do not suffer from depression, heart problems and other health maladies.
Sexual intimacy should be one of the greatest pleasure of being human. No one wants to be with a partner who is merely going through the motions. Enjoy it or don't do it.
Scientific evidence shows that good sex not only adds enjoyment to life but improves health and may even contribute to longevity.

The past fortnight had been quite busy for me. Out-station relatives were here for the weekends.
was also here to spend his long vacation. He flew back to NUS last Monday because he has to organise orientation activities for freshmen who will be at the campus soon. Singapore universities have strict regulation - No Ragging.
Noticed there were many viewers to my blog but sadly very few commented. Is this the trend? When guys blog, no one or very few will comment but when ladies blog, its a different story altogether. I don't mind even if you give me a single word comment. At least I know you have read the topic and expressed your thoughts. Its a way for you to start your writing skill. You will not regret it. As for me, I comment in most guys or ladies blog when the topic interest me, no preferences.

Big Boy's Toy.

Took delivery of my toy, Camry, almost 2 weeks ago. Last Sunday, took it for a spin on the 'free' highway beside the North-South Highway.
Acceleration was good due to the fact that it is still new. Accessories for the car are adequate but a GPS would be an added advantage for out-station travel. There is the smell of fresh leather.
Wonder if a GPS would be useful to me, for, I seldom travel out-station. My former 1996 W210 (big small eye), which was under utilised, had a mileage of about 98,000+km when I sold it to a friend last year. I still see the car almost every night, no complain from my friend. I have got so used to looking at the GPS of my other toy, which is a factory fitted unit located at the central console, that I find something is missing in this one.
I will be taking my car out on most Sundays for a spin on the freeway. Anyone interested for a free joy ride in my new toy?

Father's Day brings back memories of a gathering the members of our group organised on 20 June 2009. It was a BBQ gathering at Port Dickson but we shifted the venue to Malacca. It was attended by only founder members, no new ones came.
The next day, 21/6, we went to one of our member's durian orchard in Johore. We had a feast of special grade durians. We even ate fruits we saw dropped from the trees. Later, we bought some fruits and tau pau in tupper wares to take home.
On our way home, the of one of the member present called and asked him to come home early, for, the whole family will be celebrating Father's Day at a restaurant. The catch was, "daddy will have to settle the bill". We all had a good .
Its a year now. How fast time flies, for it waits for no man. 
Anyway, Happy Father's Day to all those who are fathers, including yours truly here.
